We went to Jalane's house for dinner. This is her with her new boyfriend, Sam. (He is now her fiance.) The kids love playing with her kids, Khyber and Brooklyn. Brooklyn is 9 and Londyn adores her. They play school, where Brooklyn is always the teacher. She is very cute about it-she has me sign permission slips and sends progress reports home to me. Jalane is amazing and she is one of the things I miss about living in Layton. She lived very close to us and we would go over there a lot and she cooks really good food. She is one of those great friends that you can be you and that's ok-if you're mad, cranky, or upset-it doesn't matter...she also came and scrubbed my grout when we were getting the house ready to sell-YEAH!!!
