Spending our last day with Mike and Heather. I hurt my back today all of a sudden. It was crazy, I coughed really hard and my back exploded with pain. I thought I was going to puke and pass out. So I laid down and it happened again a few hours later. So Heather and Mike watched the kids (they are so fantastic) and I went to the doctor and it was just strained muscles-he gave me Lorotab and muscle relaxers and sent me on my way. I have never felt pain like that, even with having kids, I really just wanted an epidural-that fixes everything, right?
